Delegates wishing to register for ASEG 2012 must now complete the below manual registration form and send it via email to aseg2012@arinex.com.au or bring it onsite to the ASEG 2012 Registration Desk located in the Ground Floor Foyer of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre from 1700 on Sunday 26 February 2012 to register.
Registration Fee (per Delegate)
All fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST).

To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 30 November 2011.

Full registration entitles delegates to the following

- Welcome Reception (26 February)
- Happy Hour Receptions (27-29 February)
Day registration entitles delegates to the following:
- Entry to all sessions on the day registered
- Entry to the Trade Exhibition on the day registered
- Name Badge for the day registered
- Satchel
- Program Book
- Morning and Afternoon Teas, Lunches on the day registered
- Happy Hour Reception on the day registered
Student registration entitles delegates to the following:
- Entry to all sessions excluding workshops
- Entry to the Trade Exhibition on the day registered
- Name Badge for the day registered
- Satchel
- Program Book
- Morning and Afternoon Teas, Lunches on the day registered
Conference Dinner
Please note the Conference Dinner on Tuesday, 28 February is not included in the Full Registration Fee for Delegates. If you would like to attend this ticketed event the cost will be $140.00 per person for delegates and their guests.
Payment of fees
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are the credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to conference by arinex. All credit card transactions will attract a 2.5% credit card processing fee. This fee will be applied to the total amount payable.
Cheques should be made payable to ASEG 2012. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted
You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference. At the Conference you will receive the final program. Other information shall be posted on the Conference website as it comes to hand.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.
Registration Fees:
- Before 26 November 2011 will incur an A$100.00 administration fee.
- From 26 November 2011 and before 13 January 2012 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
- On or after 13 January 2012 there will be no refund.
Accommodation:
- Either full prepayment or one night's deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
- Deposit is non-refundable at 23 January 2012.
Social:
- Please see the Social Page for details of the conference social events.
- Deposit is non-refundable at 13 January 2012.
Merchant Fee (Processing Fee)
- In the event of cancellation, any merchant fees paid are non refundable.
Entrance to Conference
Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge on registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions, ‘happy hour receptions’ and to the welcome reception. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behavior from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Private Functions
It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Conference Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
