General Policies and Requirements
- All extended abstracts must be original work.
- Only online submitted extended abstracts will be accepted. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours after submission, please contact the Conference Managers: aseg2012@arinex.com.au
- Presenting authors will be required to register for the Conference by Tuesday 15 November 2011 in order for their extended abstract to be included in the Conference Program. Authors who do not register and pay for the conference by the Author Registration deadline will be removed from the Conference Program. If authors experience difficulty in registering by this deadline should contact Conference Managers: aseg2012@arinex.com.au
- Do not resubmit your extended abstract for any reason other than a submission error. If you do not receive a confirmation email with your access key, please contact the Conference Managers via the email address: aseg2012@arinex.com.au
- The Conference Managers will not be responsible for extended abstract submissions not received via the Conference website or for submission errors caused by internet service outages, hardware or software delays, power outages or natural disasters.
- It will be the responsibility of the submitting author to ensure that the extended abstract is supplied in full. Extended abstracts on diskettes/CD-Rom will not be accepted
- All extended abstracts will be go through a review process by the Scientific Program Committee.
- The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to accept or reject extended abstracts for inclusion in the program and to change your submission preference from oral to poster and visa versa.
- Extended Abstracts will be grouped by themes. Authors indicated their interested theme in the registration of interest form, please note this does not guarantee that your extended abstract will be grouped within this theme in the final program.
- All extended abstracts must be prepared as per the guidelines provided. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be returned to the author and must be resubmitted correctly by the deadline to be considered for presentation.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection on Friday, 14 October 2011.
